My niece made me the tastiest ham and spinach sandwich. Guys it was amazing! She melted some butter, added some garlic granules, basil, parsley and oregano. It was super tasty. So impressed 😍.

Yes, all rice (in its natural form) is gluten-free. This includes brown rice, white rice and wild rice. The issue comes when rice is cooked and mixed with other things which can mean it is no longer gluten free.

Even Sticky rice, also called “glutinous rice,” is gluten-free, despite its name. The “glutinous” term refers to the sticky nature of the rice and not the gluten protein found in wheat, barley and rye.
